Transcriptome by organism

Postby oldmanribo » Fri Mar 19, 2010 3:39 am

I'm looking to parse transcriptome files of E. coli K12 but can't find any strict transcriptome file formats. I'd use a genbank file but unfortunately the sub features of mRNA aren't defined for my purposes. Any insights on where I can track down the transcriptome of K12 without the hassle of fishing through other organisms?

look for some DNA chips, e.g. at PubMed, EMBL or Genevestigator

Cis or trans? That's what matters.
