STATISTIC HELP- ANOVA

Hey, im currently trying to do my data analysis for some current research. Basiic out line, i have collected two sets of results, one for osmoality and one for protein. Crustaceans were kept at set salinities, but temperatures were different. i had serval repeats. i used 3 temperatures so have 3 means per set of results. i think i have to use an ANVOA as this allows me to compare 3 means. however i dont understand how to perform it in the statstics programne, have been trying for days and cant crack it. PLEASE HELP
