Pregnant?

My sister in law is worried, if shes pregnant with her second child. She took a test but showed neg. She has tender breasts, i see her stomach and its good size, and really, really firm. shes vomiting, and all symptoms. Could the test be Neg, if shes 14 weeks pregnant? because that what it looks like.

ask her to consult a gynaecologist and get an ultrasound test done

And she has done only one test? She's not much rigorous. Every test can have false positive or false negative result...
