Where do you stop? MSc or PhDHi, just wondering which is the best for job purposes? An MSc or PhD? It says that some European countries prefer MSc as it allows you to be more open and not so striclty focused on the one idea. Some say PhD is better as you are solely trained to a high level etc. etc. Also, what is expected of a research masters? Do you have to come up with your own ideas or do you follow a guide in order to complete the thesis within a year? Any suggestions welcome, thanks
It depends on your preference and whatever prospects you have had in your mind, whether you want to end up MSc or PhD holder. If you do a job well, you'll be given a credit for it. Somehow, some hold titles but they don't mean what they do after all.
