Protein Assay Dry Data?Moderator: BioTeam

Protein Assay Dry Data?I'm currently performing a lab as part of a research assignment. I was given a choice of labs:
- Bradford Protein Assay - Lowry Protein Assay - Hill/Photosynthesis Reaction Unfortunately, my school (high school) doesn't provide any of the materials/apparatuses required, and I'm unable to find university facilities for the lab. Are there any websites which I can use to find dry labs, simulations, or performed labs with collected data? ~Thanks!
Re: Protein Assay Dry Data?@Jack I think he means to "perform" the experiment without actually performing it. Like the fake frog dissection simulations.
I'm not aware of any. But what about calling your local university and seeing if you can get the data for a bradford. It shouldn't be that hard to track down someone willing to help. What exactly do you need? Just the samples tested and absorbancies?
Priyajoshi: yeah, pretty much. That's what "dry" lab is, basically a lab, already collected with data, but not actually performed. I just need the materials, procedure, results. Analysis is my job.
Anyone got sources that I can use?
