I intend to volounteer at a conservatory in my neighborhood next year. I am also considering a job with botany or plants in genral. How much help wil the volounteering be to me if I want to pursue such a job?

depends if you do a good job as a volunteer, make work out as a future job reference...

Its just I will be eighteen next year and I haven't been able to find a job. I f I volounteer than I will have even less work time.
