This looks Kind of like an Aoudad or Barbary Sheep (Ammotragus lervia). Its a Caprid or goat-antelope. They are Originally from North Africa but have been introduced to the US and other places from game preserves. They can get huge horns and are also mesured for their beards which would explain the unusual mount. If this guy is an Aoudad he has smaller horns but quite a nice beard on him.

Do you have a scientific name for that? I can't say that I've ever heard of a Hilly Goat and there are MANY species of "wild" goats. Could you elaborate a bit more.
