How to display Homologous relationships between chromosomes

[size=200]I got a gene dataset and would like to display Homologous relationships between chromosomes. I read a few articles concerned with the Genome Sequencing and found they displayed it in a Circle diagram.
How to display the relationships with a beautiful diagram? Which software can accomplish this?
