Identify this flower

I found this picture on a site that did not include any information except for "SPC TULIP". After browsing everything i could find regarding tulips i found nothing. I want to identify so that I can purchse for my water garden. Please help.

This flower is Tulipa humulis HERBERT, syn.T.pulchella Fenzl, T.violacea Boiss.& Buhse (Liliaceae)
Native of E Turkey, N Iraq and NW Iran, growing on stony hillsides, flowering from April to June.The fowers vary in colour from palest pink to crimson and almost purple, the central blotch may be yellow or black, as may the anthers.Easily grown in good well-drained soil.The flowers may abort if it is kept to dry in spring while the bud is developing.
