Yep, I feel that you fixed your slide too much. Meaning too long during heat fixing. Its difficult to see the actual cell arrangements when that happens, like your pics at 1,2 and 3.png above. Even at HPO, 600X, you can see distinct shapes of bacteria. You don't need to have a hi magnification microscope, just one with high resolution. From you slides, I can tell that they are bacteria. Not fungi or dust.
1. The first step to identify them is to ISOLATE them first into pure cultures.
2. You cannot possibly identify them if they are mixed populations because they will give different gram reactions, etc... and mixed populations are how they exist in nature except in very rare harsh locations where only one or two species survive.
3. Next is if you can grow them aerobically, if you can see the colonies, then they are not the anaerobic type like Clostridium, which will present another set of identification problems for you.
4. If you can post a picture of the colonies on a plate or slant, and couple that with better pictures, then maybe we can hazard some guesses but definitely, we need some biochemical tests for more accurate identification.
