You could probably use broad categories rather than "hand sanitizer", eg methods of increasing skin drying would cause more skin perspiration.
Living one day at a time;
Enjoying one moment at a time;
Accepting hardships as the pathway to peace;
also caffeine for heart rate.

Thank you for your help, sorry I took so long to reply, I was on a trip, and there were no computers there. Couldn't all of the emotion stuff like music, and etc, also affect skin perspiration? Why, and why not, and what else could affect, I came up with some more, but I still need help.
they could, but they are hard to control in a scientific investigation: same music affects different people differently. Most people find Schubert awesome, I think he's boring and makes me fall asleep.
I'm no biologist but i'll give a lay man's opinion. I highly doubt music & stuff could affect perspiration.. atleast it doesn't affect me!! :p
and music does affect heart rate!!
Also, i don't think colour of room affects heart rate.. i've read that red colour triggers hunger but i don't think hunger is proportional to heart rate.. or is it??
