Hi,
I am surprised many people here are unaware of the irregular menstrual cycle problem faced by teenagers, which is caused by lack of production of progesterone harmone in the body. As it is already pointed out, it may be due to a cyst in the ovary, hyper thyroidism or many other reasons. It is quite a common problem and mostly can be easily treated by a gynecologist. Nothing to worry or feel shy about it.

I had a friend in middle school who went through the same scenario. I strongly suggest you pay the doctor a visit, because she was having her period internally, and if she waited another month she might not have actually made it. If your period is ever irregular after 2 weeks it's time for find out why.
