Cellular Locations

I was wondering if anyone could help me with the cellular locations of arginine, ornithine transcarbamylase (OTC), and arginase.

My textbook says that "OTC transfers the carbamoyl group of carbamoyl phosphate to ornithine yielding citrulline. The transcarbamoylase reaction occurs in the mitochondrion, so ornithine, which is produced in the cytosol must enter the mitochondrion via a specific transport system."
So does this mean that OTC is found in the mitochondrion while arginase and ariginine are both found in the cytosol?

Amino acids are both in cytosol and in mitochondria, but I think, that yes, arginase is in cytosol. Look to Stryer's Biochemistry for the ornithine cycle, I'm sure, there is depicted the localisation of all of them
