Lipase, pepsin, sucrase and lactase are all enzymes.
Sucrose is a sugar. Sucrase mainly called sucrase because they are the enzymes involved in the splitting of sucrose into fructose and glucose, which is a process called hydrolysis. (Hydroxide and hydrogen ions join to split them). This may be his homework, but it doesn't seem to be a large page full of questions. You could argue a large amount of the questions here on this forum are for homework, but it's just another source for data just like if you were to ask a friend or ask a teacher. Just as long as you don't abuse the system, it should be fine.
