what types of diseases can and cannot be replicated in animals from humans.

I think there are some systems for immune system diseases
E.g. we've had some mice with gastrointestinal inflammation.

What about some AIDS?
I think there are some systems for Alzheimer or Parkinson.
Even for broken leg :o))
