Now I see, I was actually right the the first

Yeah, for sure the heat helps. We usually, unless we must go to wrok , get into bed, drink some hot tee (sometimes with some liquer in it ) and get very hot to fight the cold ;)

doess it really matter where you are? i mean isnt the immune system all about genetic formation?
No one can win at war. if either side loses a man for thier own, then that immediatly make them the killers of the innocent. we are too destructive to save ourselves. we are our own version of chaos theory without the mathimatical equations.

okay in a simpler language.
when i get cold i have observed that it tends to reduce when i play soccer.
i do not why this happen.
is it phsychological?
my grandmother says the heat in the body increases and counteracts the cold. which i do not seem to approve
is it that the circulation increases increasing immunity.
that was all i wrote.
kolean's answer seems to satisfy
but anything else?

When you exercise your muscles require more energy. The rate of respiration in your muscles increases releasing energy - much of the enrgy is used to move muscles but some is 'lost' as heat - so you warm up. If you exercise enough so much heat is generated that your body responds and tries to cool you down by sweating etc.

Now, there's a good answer!
