bleeding gumswhatz home remedy foe bleeding gums
Do not brush so hard. Get a soft toothbrush. (my dentist hygienist informed me of this).
I also took CoQ10 for a month or so. It helped to control the bleeding, and let the gums heal up around the teeth (helps with the collagen in the gums). I even found a toothpaste that contains the CoQ10 in it, so that is how I now maintain my gums. And I brush very softly from now on. Make sure you also get enough Vitamin C in your diet too (also helps with the collagen).
Wanted to make sure you have already gone to a dentist and have had your teeth checked out. Bleeding gums is a symptom of alot of diseases in the body, and needs to be first checked by a dentist and then perhaps a doctor if it is needed.
I had already gone to the dentist, and was diagnosed that it was just wear and tear from all the years of brushing them so hard (and I have alot of years on my teeth). I also wanted to state that the CoQ10 will only help if you are doing everything else good: good diet, good hygiene, etc. If you are drinking soda pop, energy drinks, chewing tobacco, alcohol, etc., then it will not help to counteract these destructive actions.
