Diffusion pressure deficit?

What is the basic diff between diffusion pressure and and diffusion pressure deficit.

Diffusion can occur according to
a) concentration
2)presure
The second kind occurs like this: Stuff moves from one side of the membrane to the other, according to pressure, from big pressure to small pressure. Diffusion pressure deficit is when there is something interefering with this action, so the pressures are not how they should be
