Help with a couple of questions

Hi im studying for my finals and i have a few revision questions im not too sure about or would like some elaborating from what i have. Any help is much appreciated.

Q: Streptococcus is a fermentative bacterium. Explain why, even under ideal conditions, this bacterium grows only slowly.
I think the answer to this lies with the fact that fermentation has little energy yeild - but im not too sure how to answer it correctly.

Q: Give examples of molecules that serve as the final electron acceptor in anaerobic respiration. To what are these molecules converted when they accept electrons
Nitrates and the final electron acceptor are nitrites?

Q:Name and compare two microorganisms that are utilised in production of bioethanol
i havent the slightest clue about this

Q: Explain the central role of pyruvate in the metabolism of chemoheterotrophic bacteria.
My guess is that pyruvate can be converted to carbohydrates or fats which can be used by chemoheterotrophs as a source of carbon.

And look at the difference between beers, notably look at Lambics (belgian beers which are fermented with wild yeasts)

I don't think, that in this case they mean alcohol bevarages by bioethanol
More likely the "new, super ecological" fuel

wild yeasts? doesn't that run the risk of spoiling them?

I was looking through my notes and i think the bioethanol they are referring to is the one that jackbean mentioned, about new ecological fuels. It says it uses some of the Clostridium species. So the answer the question just naming two different species of Clostridium that can produce bioethanol should be enough i hope, i just gotta find out which ones can be used.

Another thing, any thoughts on the other questions?
