CHOCOLATE makes you HAPPY???

Postby TheVirus » Wed Nov 04, 2009 3:58 am

i just a documentary in which they said that chocolate causes the brain to release endorphins, which make you feel more relaxed or positive. Could it be true? Does it makes sense? Do you have any idea how it would work?

I've heard of this before, and it makes sense to me. Might explain why many people (myself included) crave chocolate when we get depressed.
Generally speaking, the more people talk about "being saved," the further away they actually are from true salvation.

MrMistery: I don't think so, more like elevated sugar and all the stuff in chocolate causes flush of some happy hormones ;)
