Brain InjuryI am writing a book about a girl who is in a car accident and ends up in a two and a half month coma. What I want to know is, is it possible for her to have a swollen frontal, temporal and occipital lobes along with her hippocampus. basically I want her to still be able to speak but with difficulty and also have motor skills but very limited, basically making her start her life all over again from scratch. Is any of this possible? could you give me some alternatives if its not. Obviously I'm not very scientific and found out what the different parts of the brain do with research. lol
Thank you
