OD and bacterial cell numberwhat is the relationship between the OD of the cell suspension and cell number, if i need 10 to the power 6 number of cell per ml than what should be the OD for that, is their any formula for that
Yes , usually, but it varies with the organism. Usually you will run a culture and calibrate that way.
