NEED HELP ON A FORMULA/CALCULATION PLEASE!!!

Does anyone know if it is possible to work backwards from the improvement in N, P, K, nutritional values in Cattle Slurry gained by Aerobic Digestion (shown on 'before' and 'after' nutritional analysis reports), to calculate the level of digestion which took place in order to attain the improvement, therefore, what percentage of reduction in physical volume was achieved?
