Needing help identifying uknowns for micro labTests 7A 7B
SIM black/pur negative Gram negative negative Rod 2x1 3 to 4x1 Motile non pos PR lactose pos negative PR glucose pos pos Litmus alkaline didn't test FTM facultative aerobic Catalase negative negative MR pos pos VP pos Starch negative hydrolysis Amylase negative pos TSI yby ry Gas pos negative H2S pos negative glucose fermented fermented urea negative negative EMB agar citrate pos negative on EMB agar- I have a picture I could send but 7A looked kind of purplish and pretty much stayed where I put it, was circular. 7B was white and fanned out all around the streak kind of like clouds, if that makes any sense. I kind of think 7A is salmonella 7B has me stumped!!!
