SDS problem

the dying protein appear a distrubution cuve when I run the gel ..

I do see a buble in the middle of my gel, but I wonder why it happen..

because bubbles in the champer or there is gaps between the acrylic pressure plate and the longer glass plate?

any idea ?

hi
I think ur gel has already statrted solidifying before you started pouring the gel.
So carefully follow the proceedure

Hello , I think you must pour the gel quickly after all the reagents were added.
