Master/PhD is it worth it?

I just graduated with a B.A. and will go to law school for the next three years however I do want to go back to graduate school. Do you guys think a mater or PhD is worth it?

I think the law degree alone would make you a well to do person. Especially in Patent law. Pharma companies are in dire need of lawyers with bio/chem background.
