surface plasmon resonanceHi there,
With regard to the USE of surface plasmon resonance: I understand of SPR works but if I was to describe what it is actually used for what would I say...stuff like steepness of graph shows how fast binding occurs/height corresponds to how much is bound/rate of dissociation? Any help wld be great.. cheers, b_06er
Re: surface plasmon resonanceThis might help:
http://www.biacore.com/lifesciences/int ... index.html I quote that page: "Biacore systems characterize molecules in terms of their: specificity of interaction on and off rates (kinetics) binding strength (affinity)"
Re: surface plasmon resonanceHey,
Thanks for that!!...exactly what I was after...cheers =)
