Genetics cannot account for generation of new speciesGenetics cannot account for generation of new species
http://gamahucherpress.yellowgum.com/bo ... ection.pdf 'THE REFUTATION. EVOLUTIONARY THEORY: NATURAL SELECTION SHOWN TO BE WRONG' Now some people seem to think that Genetics can account for the generation of new species
As often happens, you're confusing the randomness of genetic change with the nonrandom sorting of selection. The genetic changes can occur anywhere, any way, but the products of the changes can confer an advantage, a disadvantage, or be neutral, and whether they persist and spread through following generations, changing the basic "type" (until humans, being the inveterate labellers that we are, want to call it a new species), is determined very non-randomly by the current circumstances.
that does not aviod the dellemma if it is random then genetics cannot account for it -chaos theory might but genetics cant all genetic can do perhaps is deal with the process once started further it is a logical impossiblity for natural selection to generate new species
the dellemma
Re: Genetics cannot account for generation of new species
Good point. As evolutionary theory often does --borrow credibility from hard science. Genetics is hard science and is not random- it is a predictable process with variation of course because of sexual intercourse--but the species stays the same for the most part. You can't borrow from it and say that it somehow verifies unguided mutation.
Hi Colin. Remember me? We've met before. I see you have found another forum to pollute. I came across this forum quite by accident but quickly recognised you. Same old stuff, I see.
A note to the members of this forum: Colin (aka gamila) has been doing this sort of thing for years. He invariably gets banned, then moves on. You're just the latest. The guy's not stupid, just not quite all there, if you get my meaning. You're certainly free to continue with these "discussions" if: 1) you're stupid 2) not quite all there 3) have nothing better to do 4) am having fun Back to you Colin: I'll be posting this message in all the threads you have started just to make sure that everyone knows what they are dealing with. Till we meet again. Gavin
