Problem with arming the oppressed is that if they succeed... they generally become the oppressors.

when the only way to tell who's a terrorist and who's not is when the terrorist blows himself up.

This gave me a vision of a bomb survivor face-palming and saying "I knew it was that guy!"

DDT are harmful to humans too, but the reason is probably to prevent the persists from becoming resistant.

If the WHO truly wants to cut money there are a lot of bigger and fatter budget areas they could cut.

You should look into what the WHO has done in terms of experiments and population control/sterilization to minorities in America in the past. Don't trust them at all. They're a part of the UN and have powers to legislate something like forced vaccinations.

WHO has no power other than to suggest countries to do what they recommend.
the US never needed the UN/WHO to try to do some "research" on eugenics. Nope they have only themselves to blame for that. As the other countries who went down the same path...
