Effects of harlequin ladybirds upon native species.

I'm going to be doing some field work on the effects of the rapidly spreading harlequin ladybird as part of my degree course. So far I have a basic understanding of the situation, but more detailed information would be amazing. Does anyone know which of the native species are most affected? From what I hear its the 7-spots. Any other info is great!
