Can someone tell me what kind of animal this is?

I was sitting at my desk today and look up in time to see this baby animal and it mother go running by. I grabbed my camera and walked outside. The mother had already gone down into its home(a drain pipe). I got a picture of the baby before it ran. I have seen the mother several times on my street but this is the first time I have seen the baby.

It depends on where you are. Where I am, they're called woodchucks; elsewhere, they're called marmots and groundhogs.
