Soft to do ionic medium

Dear all,

I am looking for a software which automatically calculates the amount of each compounds to make a ionic solution. I have such a software were you enter the stock chemical compounds (names and MW) and after you just select in the stock what you want to put in your solution, you enter the concentration of each compound you want, the volume of the solution and the soft gives the amount of compound. However this soft works on DOS, printer is disable, etc... So I am looking for a window version.
