K562 cells for eryhtroid expression

Postby roniadam » Mon Apr 06, 2009 12:27 pm

Hi :

Can anyone explain to me why K562 cells (obtained from CML patient) are used for erythroid expression studies?
What is the relation between the CML and the erythroid cell lines?
