Protein extraction from leaf tissue

Dear all,
can anybody tell me the procedure to extract protein from plant leaf tissue by sonication.actually i just want the buffer composition & frequency,temperature and duration of sonication.Further i want to proceed with 2D electrophoresis with this isolated protein.
