Introns !!! what is yr OWN theory to their job !!I've been reading about this issue , and what Introns for ..
some magazine like Scientific American published an article once about how they believe that introns is the historical genes to the species .. another thing I read ,I don't remember where exactly but it say that they expect them to turn on again - re-activate!- and that depends on the evolution of the kind ... It seems to me that it's a matter of theories ,, maybe I need more to know ,,, so please every one enlighten me !!!! thanks ((We choose the reality we want to believe)).....Me
Perhaps it's a form of gene regulation. The cell must have some sort of positive feedback mechanism where it recognizes that it needs the spliced out sequence and it stops production of the gene that codes for the spliceosome. Through this, the intron would be expressed??
