Yeah...the differences between the two are quite significant.
If you're searching for the differences, try researching them separately instead, and put the characteristics into a table for easy comparison. The differences should become obvious then.
In the image posted by qqsvery bacteria A and B are making love and probably exchanging genetic material. Viruses can recombine to generate new viruses with diverse genetic make up, but not in such romantic way as bacteria.
