Unidentified Frog in Libya

Hello,

I came across this in a remote location in eastern Libya, and i am wondering about what species it is. I have looked through the texts I have available, and all i can do is guess that this is Rana saharica - due to the geographic distribution. However, it's a tiny thing, and i think it's best that an expert should look at it. The picture isn't that clear, i took it with my cell in a hurry. i apologize and hope that it's at least enough for an educated guess.

That's quite hard to identify specially that we can just observe a picture of it.
