RNA deletion

Hi, I'm new to this site and have no clue how to do a certan part of my bio homework, we are given specific sequences and then follow the instructions for example:

Substitution: Original: AUG-AAA-CUU-UCA-CGC-GUU-UUC-UAU
For this one you have to substitute the 5th C for a U so ^ is now a U.

I have to do one for deletion that I just can't understand.

The Original Sequence is left blank which I must fill in and the mutated sequence is:

AUG-UUG-AUA-CUU-AAC-UUC-UGG-UC
the instructions are to Delete the 2nd C but I really just don't understand.
I have done my research on the internet and couldn't really find anything but then this site came up and I thought I'd give it a shot.

P.S if i could get my answer ASAP because it's due tomorrow and although my teacher might understand because I've been home sick with pneumonia I'd like to have it done with a clear mind.

If you take out a nucleotide, the ones after it will shift down. Remove the C and bump the codons, like this: AUG-UUG-AUA-CUU-AAU-UCU-GGU-C. See how the codons after the deleted nucleotide changed completely? This is a frameshift mutation. The codons will code for an entirely different amino acid. Hope that helps.
