As far as I know, normal cells have dimensions between 20-30 microns, and white blood cells have the same dimensions so I believe that stem cells have roughly the same size, maybe a little bit larger. A size of 20 nm is impossible - this means 200 A (Angstrom) which is the dimension of the sinaptic fan.

It would seem more logical to me that stem cells are smaller, not larger
