cell walls and their movement

hey i need help on this. i dont understand..

cell wall contain vacuoles that contain sap that is in high concentration. why do the molecules diffuse into the cell wall ? isnt osmosis the movement from high to low concentration..
doe sit have anything to do with hypotonic solution?

Assume you're speaking more to cell membrane than cell wall. Uncharged molecules can diffuse across membranes to establish an equilibrium in their own context and membranes includes functions that actively transport molecules.
