3' RACE

What are your experiences with 3' RACE?

It's not working very well for me. I got some additional sequences, but when translated in all 6 frames, there's multiple stop codons. It's weird because the sequences are amplified from an mRNA library. Shouldn't the sequences I get all be coding and therefore have almost no stop codons?
