*need help ASAP* protein and carbohydrate assays

hi everyone!

if you look in this attached file (not sample the other one) on page 56 and 58 it talks about teh levels of concentration for glucose and BSA

i think for glucose i need:
0.5
0.4
0.3
0.2
0.1
0

and BSA
0
0.05
0.1
0.15
0.2
0.25

do i then plot this against the average for each sample? (see sample document and standard.xls)


what do i do with this data? /and the graph?

need answers ASAP i'm afraid!!
