can anyone help me answer these biology questions?

- what are the properties of a living thing?
- plants release this by photosynthesis
- where do vesicels go after they leave the golgi?
- what would happen if you changed an amino acid in a protein?
- how many pairs of e- can C share?
- main structures of a plant cell vs animal cell
- given a carbon skeleton determine what it is (steroid, starch, sugar etc)

- what cell can convert light energy to chemical energy?
- what sturctural fearture allows DNA to replicate?
- a compound with a hydroxyl in it has what characteristics?
- be able to determine what is more basic (OH-) or acidic (H+)
- what regulates chemical rxns inside cells?
- what is Triacylglycerol?
- what are parts of a cell's "skeleton"?
- know how to recognize types of isomers
- application: amino acid sequences can help determine how closely related two things are. The fewer differences the more related they are (so the more differences = less related). Given data on acid sequences determine a relation between organisms

- what are the compenets inside a cholorplast?
- what are the types of macromolecules in living organisms?
- know types of linkages (peptide, ester, glycosidic etc.)
- what are enantiomers?
- be able to match up cell structure with its function
- what is organic chemistry based on?
- how would you describe chemical equilibrium?
- what is denaturation?
- what bond helps hold amino acids together?
- this happens when atoms dont share e- equally
- what would happen if you hydrogenate veggie oil?
- carbon tends to form what kind(s) of bonds?
- what do microfilaments do?
- why can water form hydrogen bonds?
- what is the relationship between dehydration rxns and hydrolysis?
- where would you find the alpha helix in a protein?
- what is cell fractionation used for?
- 2 atoms that are equal in electronegativity form what?
- know which acids are pyrimidines and which are purines
**hint: remember Pur As Gold (Purines= Adenine and Guanine) and Cut The Pye (Pyrimidines = Cytosine and Thymine)
- these 2 functional groups are always found in amino acids
- what are plasmodesmata similar to in animals?
- what functional groups can help reduce acidity?
- prokaryotic cell vs eukaryotic cell (characteristics)
- how can the 20 amino acids exhibit different properties?
- know how carbonic acid works in the blood
- know the properties of water and how they work
- what are buffer solutions (and how do they work)
- know how to organize things in a hierarchy of organization (ex: from a cell to a population of animals)

In more friendlier terms, try working on someting yourself. If you know anything about biology (it's ok if you don't, but then why would you be on this site?) you should be able to answer these questions. The internet could also easily provide you these answers, or any textbook. Have fun.

When someone has the audacity to cheat in such a blatant manner, I have no compunctions in holding back my less than friendly attitude. Perhaps that is the problem with today’s youth (not to imply all youth's); many have been coddled far too long and expect the easy fix. Maybe a swift kick in the behind is better medicine and what they need.

Grumble, grumble...
