primers in reading frame

Postby minabayardi » Wed Jan 28, 2009 9:56 pm

HI! ¡HOLA!

I HAVE A QUESTION ABOUT THE TOPIC. IF SOME ONE CAN HELP ME, PLEASE, I NEED IT. I AM DESIGNING PCR OLIGOS, AND IN THE FUTURE WE COULD USE THEM TO SCREENING A DNA LIBRARY. IS TOTALLY IMPORTANT THAT THE PRIMERS ARE IN READING FRAME? IF THE ANSWER IS YES, PLEASE TELL ME HOW TO DO IT.
THANKS.
I AM VERY SORRY BECAUSE OF MY BAD ENGLISH, PLEASE IMAGINE THAT IS NOT BAD AT ALL. SORRY.

MINA.

No.

But you also want to stop posting all in capital letters. On the internet, it is similar to shouting. And that is rude.
