Dear moderators,
i am a student from Myanmar majoring in Biotechnology. i have some problem in finding sequences of primers. I want to get a help from u. the primers that i want to know sequences are 10F, 350F, 350R, 520F, 520R, 800F, 800R, 1100F, 1100R, 1500R, M13-M4, M13-RV, and Marker 6. I hope ur reply. it is very important for me. so, plz help me.

Go to http://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/
And search them under UniSTS.

When I started looking I found only some of them, and sometimes with contradictions. What are they for, and for which organism are they?
