Questions

Postby prateeiik » Tue Jan 20, 2009 8:23 am

1. Which is the longest visceral muscle in the human body?
2. What are brush bordered enzymes? Give some examples
3. How is it possible that non insulin dependent diabetes occurs after 30 years? It is supposedly a recessive autosomal disorder. What are the causes that lead to the activation of this gene only after 30 years of age?

Looking forward to the replies. Thanks in advance!

You do not understand:
Do your own research! mith was giving you a hint on what kind of keywords might be important. In this case look at what is type 2 diabetes, which is not the same thing as type 1. Incidentally your definition of diabetes was that of type1, NOT type 2.

Now when you have done research, and start to have some ideas, come back and start a discussion. But do not expect answers to be spoon fed to you.
