Why is exercise important?Well, everybody knows it, exercise=health, try to work out -- it's good for our health.
Yesterday, my friend asked me: why is exercise important? and all i could think of was turning fat to calories and losing weight. But actually why is exercise important from the biological point of view? always aim for the sky, for if you fail, at least you can reach the clouds..
Re: Why is exercise important?Along with maintaining weight as you mentioned, exercise maintains skeletal integrity by balancing osteocyte activity. Core strength is also maintained, which helps in everyday life.
Re: Why is exercise important?Hi,
I think if we want to burn our calories and loss fat than we have to do some regular exercises and yoga. Exercise will help you out in this process and also contain a healthy diet and avoid Junk Food. Stella
