what happens to life after death

We are familiar with the fact that science has so far been sucessful to
explain the existence of life,but i have found no articles on what happens to the life after death. If there has been any studies made regard to this sbject please bother to notify me.

Life after death? there's no more force to cause a thing to move or work.

The biological notion of life is nulled when we die. The body no longer maintains homeostasis. A metaphysical discussion of life after death can't be pursued scientifically I'd imagine.

After we die we all go to Heaven, except evolutionary biologists who burn in Hell, and in Heaven we get small wings and a golden harp, and then there are fluffy sheep grazing the meadows of Heaven under the gentle Sun and everything is great fun.

Here I thought the OP might be referring to the host flora, which degrads the body after death...my mind was trying to make sense of the question...
