not sure which section these questions should go in...Hi everyone! Hope you all had an amazing new years eve!!
I am not sure which section i shoud put this in, so i am hoping that if i put it here more people will see it and be able to help!! I have these 3 questions to answer: 1. What are the techniques for identifying novel genes invovled in filament formation in the yeast S.Cerevisiae, and which technique is best? 2. How do you detect regulatory genes? 3. HOw can you use this information to develop novel antifungal agents? Any help you can give me will really help! For number 1 i think there are 3; northern blotting, microarray and rt-pcr. but i dont know which is best or if htese are even right... Thank you in advance! its really appreciated!
