Purpose of the planthi frineds
today is my first day and first post. i am uni student in australia. i have to finish on assignment as soon as possible. can any one give me the sites from where i can get the information about the native plants i.e purpose of the plant, climatic conditions, irrigation system, potting mix, propogation method etc. i need it urgently and if you are posting me or trying to help me then in advance Thank you very much. thnx again

Native to what? There are something like 300,000 species of angiosperms, 16,000 species of Bryophytes, 11,000 Ferns, and about 900 specie of Gymnosperm, so you will have to be much more specific. At any rate, you might find some info here. http://tolweb.org/Angiosperms/20646

The two plants you list are ausi plants.Your second example should be Acacia dealbata, a legume type family. I never been to Australia, but hope to some day. You might look here. http://www.australiaplants.com/au_plants_a-b-c.htm
